Dear everyone,
As most of you know, I have settled back in Switzerland and started to treat people with Wellness Medical Qigong (WMQ). The most serious case I had so far was this week: 80 year old woman, two artificial knees, had a acute arthritis attack, left knee swollen, high fever, a lot of pains in both knees and not able to get up by herself from the bed, if we helped her up, she was not able to walk without help.
The doctor prescribed antiflammatory painkillers and diagnosed it as rheumatic or arthritic attack. after treating her the first time using WMQ's USE protocol, she fell asleep after 5 minutes and slept thru the whole night without any pain. now after 4 days of daily treatment, the swelling and inflammation has completely gone and the sweet lady is able to get up and walk again all by herself. she is amazed about the sensations of warmth, tickling, moving and the feeling of well being during the treatment and how fast she recovered from the pain. I just wanted to share this experience as it encourages me to continue to discover the amazing power of WMQ and I hope it encourages you too!
Much metta, Tashi

ALLERGIC RHINITS PROBLEM SOLVED! by Daniel WW Cheong
I have been suffering from allergic rhinitis since 1999 where it has affected my quality of life and work. My sinus was so severely congested at the nose and near the eyes, so much so my head would have involuntary movement. I knew now, that the cause was my inner ear infection and pressure build up as during the rhinitis attack period, I also had several bout of otitis media where my doctor has to administer heavy dosage of antibiotics for 3 months consecutive through several course. My friends always laugh at me saying that I eat antibiotic pills like eating candies or I had signed contract with the pharmaceutical companies.
Anyway, was on medication like pruriton, clarinase, clarityne, atarax, zyrtec to alleviate the problem but to no avail as the symptoms still persist. Went to a ENT specialist, and he told me that my nose need to go for correction surgery as from the X-ray, I had a deviated septum with large swollen turbinates at both sides of the nose.
Administer another course of antibiotic from Eli Llly's (pink color type, but i forgot tha name) and beconase- a kind of cortisteriod spray to reduce the swelling of the nose. That was with Dr Kand in Jlln Raja Laut.
Initially, I was hesitating coz never had a surgery in my life and it gives me the creep! A second opinion was obtained from another doctor from Tong Shin Hospital and he concluded that I need to straighten my deviated septum and to do a SMR or sub-mucuos resection to address the problem. No choice and finally relented to the operation.
Operation was successful and for the first time in my life I could breathe better and free from allergies. But after 3 years, the problem came back though not as severe as before but I do experience occasion allergic attack. Have to be put back on Rhinocort and Nasonex subsequently to control but the problem is I have post nasal drip daily without fail since 2002.
Did try to do nasal irrigation wash with a netipot. Helps a little but cannot go away. Not until I took up Wellness Medical Qigong Essentials course, I did not realized that my allergy and post nasal drip has gone. I was talking to Sifu Tan this morning, then only realize that my allergy has disappeared for good. I'm writing this to share with you that WMQ Qigong has indeed help to control not only my hypertension but also my allergy.
Thanks for reading this long posting!

WMQ normalizes my BP! by Wan CW
Two days ago I visited my Dr. for my flu problem and had my blood pressure taken.
To my surprise and the Dr. too - it was normal at 130/80! I was so HAPPY!
Imagine how elated I was! It was the same Dr. who, 2 months ago found my BP to be at 180/90!
I consulted Sifu and told him that I do not wish to take drugs to control my BP.
He suggested that I do more waving palms on its own in addition to the Wellness Qigong set of exercises.
My friends, let me share with you my daily routine.
I do 30 mins of bicycling in a park first thing in the morning. The park has a good number of matured trees and offers good fresh and breezy air and shade too.
At the end of the cycling I do 100 rounds of the waving palms which is about 7 mins, then followed by Han Yang.
Then at about 5pm at my office, I do the 3 full sets of exercise - starting with Wellness Qigong,
Healing Sounds and Han Yang.
At the Wellness Qigong I do the waving palms immediately after the Penguin Stretch - I do 100 times, then followed by the Swinging Arms that I do 100 times also but with the soft chui as the hands go down. ( i intentionally do the switch of order with swinging hands & waving palms)
When I first embarked on WMQ I was very certain that it would offer me a unique solution to my health challenges. Now that my BP is normal is indeed a great indication of WMQ;s mettle. I am really glad that I completed the practitioner's course and am very grateful to Sifu for his guidance and encouragement. Occasionally Sifu does a Qi balancing for me.
However, having arrived at this stage is only the beginning and one should not be complacent. Me and my wife do all the 3 sets of exercises once (Wellness Qigong, Healing Sounds & Han Yang) everyday without fail.
And for those who have just come on board, never doubt the power of the healing Qi of WMQ! Keep practising it persistently and you will get corresponding good results.
My thanks again goes to Sifu for his kind guidance.

Personal Detox Experience by Wan Chee Wing
When I first started practising Essential Qigong, I got pretty excited at the health possibilities that I could gain from it. I am sure most students share this 'vision' with me. So a daily practice was something that became part of my routine . But soon, I started to experience some discomfort.....which I dared not share with anyone due to embarrassment!
I began to 'break wind', 'passing of gas', 'release of gas' - which are all very polite terms. If you still don't get it, I mean 'farting'! Yes, I got into uncontrollable bouts of farting at different times of the day.
Initially I thought it was some food that I took. But this went on for a few days in continuous succession! Then I called Sifu and asked if this condition was normal. He assured me that it was a detox phase, and different people experience different types of detoxification.
At times it could be amusing and at other it appears totally rude of me - to break wind in the middle of a meal, at a meeting, at a discussion or even going to bed!
There was no foul smell (thank goodness for it) but the emitting of the muffled fire cracker sound was really quite annoying and irritating, even for me!
After a while, I got pretty good at handling it. When the initial 'break' occurs, I will stop everything that I am doing and dart out to any open space or another room to just let the full barrage have its discharge!
The reason that I am sharing this is that after I had a private conversation of this experience with one of our fellow practitioners, she suggested that it would be good public information (at my expense, ha! ha!). So, for the beginners, if you experience what I have gone through, have no fear - it may be a short 'passing' trend for you.
As for me - I endured that 'ordeal' for 3 months-but quite happily though, having understood from Sifu that it is a natural process of detox. After all, why retain useless stuff inside your body.
May the Qi be with all of you always - no matter where it goes or comes out!

Qigong help in healing Psoriasis by Daniel WW Cheong
In addition to my BP, I would like to share with all of you that 2 years ago, I have develop psoriasis- a kind skin disease, not contagious but incurable from Western medicine point but can only be controlled through steroids and stronger dosage the moment your body get adopted to the dosage.
From Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) point of view, some sinseh (TCM doctor) said it was because liver is too toxic but others claimed that that there is lack of Yang in the kidney. Anyway, I spent almost RM8,000.00 for Chinese medicine hoping to eradicate it. It flare up initially until almost my whole back was covered with psoriasis. Eventually, the psoriasis retreat but until a level it just refuse to go off.
Stop the Chinese medication last October and initiated alternative therapies like Colon cleansing and coffee enema which help to reduce toxin in my body and controlled the psoriasis but it just did not go off.
Stop alternative treatment and started my Qigong training in March. Qigong help to controlled the psoriasis. Attended the Self Healing class in April and learn healing sound and color meditation. Practice them and in corporate them into my daily qigong practice and to my surprise, my psoriasis is starting to clear off after about a week of practice. There are still some small part of reddish patch but most have been cleared off and is resuming back to normal skin texture though slightly darker color.
I'm happy because all the while my understanding on psoriasis is that it cannot be cured but can only be controlled. But I'm personally experiencing healing from psoriasis through Qigong. Hence, I sincerely believed many psoriasis sufferer should start to practice Qigong to heal themselves.
Cheers!

Treating Uneven Shoulder by Steven Lim
Treated a 20 years old boy whose right shoulder was about 1.5 inches lower than the left shoulder. He had a fall when he was a young boy and he could not remember the sequence of events or treatment he had those days.
What I did was purge, sweep and energized the shoulder by using the tripod on both the shoulders. I could sensed that something was moving when I send in the Qi. After the third treatment I could see that the shoulder was almost on the same level with the left shoulder.
In short, using qi to treat is very effective. Keep going my dear WMQ qigong brothers and sisters.

My First Qigong Experience by Daniel WW Cheong
Sifu, I'm Daniel from QBE MY22. First of all, let me convey my deepest appreciation for your kind guidance and advice. I hope to be able to learn as much as I can from you. As a beginner in Qigong, I'm starting this discussing in hope that others like me,seniors and Sifu can guide and impart the experience during their quest in the journey of learning qigong.
Perhaps, let me give you some background about me. Was introduced to Sifu by my friend Chong Chee as I was experiencing a bout of uncontrolled hypertension at about 160/110.FYI, I have been investigated by western medical doctor but nothing can be found, hence the doctor told me it was heredity and I have to live with it. Met sifu for treatment back in Oct last year and was keen to learn then but I have to finish my postgradute studies, so have to delay my learning. My hypertension medication consist of 8 mg of Coversyl, 10 mg of Novarsc (amlodipine), 0.4 mg of Physiotens and ?mg of minoxidil which was prescribed to my by Dr Prasad a nephrologist from SJMC. Hypertension was brought down but will hover up again at the end of the everyday.
After sifu's treatment at the clinic for 2 times and continue what he taught me on the neck and visualization excercise, my pressure came down to about 150/95. Subsequently, It came down again 140/90 and I have to drop the minoxidil as I was feeling groggy and floating the whole day. I continue practicing till this January and my blood pressure went down to 140/87. I took off Physiotens from my medication as the feeling of groggyness and floating was apeearing again. It was good for me as I have my own blood pressure monitor and getting such reading makes me very happy.
I subsequently attended the two-day MY22 Qigong Essentials class and was introduced to Qigong basic and foundamentals. I learn Wellness Qigong and practice it diligently and to my surprise my blood pressure drop to 130/80! ( I could not recalled having registered 80 on the systolic reading. I must say that I'm really pleased with result as I hope I can take out another medication soon as I'm beginning to float and have groggyness again.
I'm a firm believer now that Qigong can really assist us in controlling our blood pressure naturally as opposed taking in medication.
Thank you sifu and I look forward to the next self healing course soon.
Cheers
